QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
With over a decade of personal experience following my own diagnosis of ADHD, I have undertaken extensive research into the condition both as a journalist (commissioned to write about the condition by the Telegraph) and on my journey to become an ADHD+ Educator and Certified ADHD Life Coach.
I support those who have been diagnosed with ADHD, others awaiting an assessments, along with individuals who simply consider the symptoms of ADHD to be impairing their daily life but are not inclined to pursue a diagnosis. Click here to read about the ADHD+ Fundamentals. I also offer education and coaching to individuals who are supporting ADHDers – partners, parents employers etc. Here you can find more information on how I can support you.
I am an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF ACC). I graduated from the international ADHD Coach Training Center Programme. I abide by the ICF code of ethics.

I have 20 years of consummate storytelling: Emmy-nominated documentaries along with powerful short films and campaigns commissioned by Google and the UN’s Global Goals. I am also a regular contributor to the Telegraph Magazine. I have an MA Hons Modern Languages degree from Edinburgh University (a Russell Group University).
